Celebrating Silver Heart Award recipient Fran, who is the ultimate team player and provides top-notch care as a clinical supervisor with Ohio Living Home Health & Hospice – Greater Youngstown. Always willing to lend a hand, she trains new staff, assists with on-call and pop-up patient needs, and has even received referrals based on her care and attention to past patients.
Her nominators commented, “Fran is seasoned and always willing to lend a hand. She is usually the first one anyone calls to cover soc's, extra visits, or assist with late admissions, and she willingly says yes. She flexes and adjusts her schedule and helps whenever and wherever she can, and even trains new staff, holding all care to a high standard. Her patients adore her, and we receive referrals based on her care and attention to past patients.”
