Posted on March 08, 2024 in In The News

Extending immense thanks to Kelly, our director of maintenance at Ohio Living Dorothy Love, who is retiring after 35+ years of service!

Kelly’s journey began in 1988, when Ronald Reagan was our president, a loaf of white bread cost $.60, “The Golden Girls” and “Cheers” were popular TV shows, “Rain Man” was a popular movie, the Los Angeles Dodgers won the World Series, and the California Raisins became stars! He began his career at Ohio Living Dorothy Love as a maintenance tech in the newly built 68-unit apartment building.

From the very start, Kelly admits he loved his job and the residents he served. Over the years, he has been instrumental in leading numerous renovations and building projects around the community, along with truly uplifting our residents and his team. He has an unsurpassed vision and passion for creating a quality product that will certainly continue beyond his tenure. Notably, he was awarded the Ohio Living Silver Heart honor for his extraordinary leadership to the maintenance, renovation and transportation team(s).

Thank you for sharing your gifts, talents, and most importantly, your caring heart with us, Kelly. Congratulations on your retirement – now, go fishing!
