ASSISTED LIVING

Assisted living at Ohio Living Sarah Moore carefully balances the independence you desire with the support that is needed. Whether it’s help with buttons or managing medications, staff is available 24 hours a day.

There are two assisted living options available.  The Suites have a warm, home-like feeling. There are many opportunities for friendships and social interactions. The third floor, restaurant-style dining area features a cozy fireplace and cathedral ceilings. The historic Sarah Moore Home offers 16 assisted living apartments. The apartments have many features to make you feel at home.

Ohio Living Sarah Moore is certified by the Ohio Department of Aging to provide services under the Assisted Living Waiver Program. Individuals who are enrolled or are currently enrolling in the Assisted Living Waiver Program are accepted based on availability.

The Suites feature:

• Individually-controlled heating and air conditioning
• Kitchen appliances and amenities
• Window treatments
• Private bathrooms with walk-in showers
• Secure, underground parking
• 24-hour emergency call systems
• Sprinklers, smoke and fire alarms

The Sarah Moore Home features:

• Refrigerators and sinks
• Private bathrooms with showers
• Custom cabinets with wardrobe and dresser
• 24-hour emergency call systems
• Sprinklers and smoke/fire detectors

Basic daily fee includes: 

• Daily nutritious meals and snacks
• Weekly linen, towel and personal laundry services provided by staff members
• Weight and blood pressure measurement and monitoring
• All utilities, except telephone
• Basic cable TV
• Quarterly nursing evaluation
• Social, recreational and spiritual programming
• Regular outings and trips
• Reminders and guidance for daily activities
• Hospital-grade linens are available for residents. Residents may bring their own linens.

Services available for an additional fee:

• Ohio Living Home Health & Hospice
• Telephone services, if the resident opts to transfer their landline with them
• Beauty salon and barber shop
• Physician services
• Pharmacy and laboratory services
• Podiatry services
