One Minute With Rebecca Kilkenny

Posted on January 30, 2020 in

Today we're getting to spend one minute with our Ohio Living Breckenridge Village family member Rebecca Killkenny. Thanks for being part of the team!

How long have you worked here?

I don’t know if I can call it “work.” When you do what you love, you’ll never “work” a day in your life! I’ve had the pleasure of being part of the Breckenridge family for 2 ½ years.

What do you do here?

I am the Social Worker for Independent Living. I get the honor of providing care management and emotional support to residents of BV North, the Brownstone, Ranches, and Grace Woods.

When you’re not at work, what is your favorite thing to do?

When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and my two daughters, Addie and Bailey. We like to read books, bake, and play!

What is the coolest thing about you that no one knows?

I have 12 nieces and nephews ages 2-10. I greatly enjoy the challenge of trying to get them together to take their group picture- so much cuteness!

What was your proudest moment – personally or professionally?

My proudest moment was watching my first born (Addie) thrive after been born 11 weeks before her due date. She was only 2.5 lbs at birth- the doctors said she was “small but mighty!” She is now a beautifully healthy and active toddler.

What is something that is still on your bucket list?

Someday I’d like to visit Italy.

Finish this sentence. I make a difference at OLBV by…

treating all of my OLBV Grandmas and Grandpas with lots of love.
