Ohio Living Cape May chef profiled in food industry magazine


Aidan Carr-Henderson, Sous Chef at Ohio Living Cape May, was recently profiled in FoodService Director magazine's 30 Under 30-Something feature.

Carr-Henderson, 34, cites his biggest accomplishment thus far as receiving Ohio Living's 2017 Top Sous Chef Award.  He also says speaking with the residents at Ohio Living Cape May and the ability to "transport our diners to a different time in their lives" through meaningful conversation is his most-rewarding moment.
