Ohio Living Appoints 2 Divisional Executive Directors

COLUMBUS, Ohio (January 4, 2021) – Ohio Living recently appointed two divisional executive directors, Leslie Belfance and Dean Palombaro, who will manage operating responsibilities at Ohio Living’s 12 life care communities.

Belfance will provide leadership to Ohio Living Westminster Thurber, Cape May, Quaker Heights, Dorothy Love, Mount Pleasant and Llanfair, and Palombaro will oversee Ohio Living Breckenridge Village, Vineyard at Catawba, Swan Creek, Rockynol, Lake Vista and Sarah Moore. Working collaboratively with each community’s leadership, residents and advisory boards, the two divisional executives will be responsible for supporting, expanding and strengthening Ohio Living's mission in these markets and new ones.

Belfance holds a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Akron. She joined Ohio Living in 2002 as an administrator and has held an array of leadership roles, most recently serving as executive director at Ohio Living Westminster-Thurber in Columbus.  

Palombaro holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from the College of Wooster and a master’s degree in business administration from Cleveland State University. He joined Ohio Living in 2013 as an administrator and most recently served as executive director at Ohio Living Breckenridge Village in Willoughby.
