Ohio Living Chefs Recognized for Delivering Our Brand Promise

On Monday, January 30, Ohio Living Culinary & Nutritional Services (CNS) held a meeting and awards program at Ohio Living Westminster-Thurber. The chefs discussed their goals and how they can make 2017 the best year ever while delivering the Ohio Living brand promise of providing caring and quality services through culinary. Each attendee received a chef trophy to set on their desk and remind them of their goals and that there is a team of people behind them for support. They also received certificates for delivering our brand promise to our residents. These items stand as symbols of their time spent together and shared commitment to make 2017 the best year ever.

During the meeting three vendors - Terri Roberto with Acosta Food Service, Matt Schenk with the Columbus Culinary Institute and Todd Metzger with Sysco - were awarded with the Partnership in Success Award for their dedication to helping Ohio Living Culinary & Nutritional Services achieve their goals.
 
Three chefs received the Top Chef award:

  • Chef Scott Danchise at Ohio Living Lake Vista
  • Chef Steven Hayes at Ohio Living Westminster-Thurber
  • Chef Patrick Serpico at Ohio Living Westminster-Thurber

 
Chef Aidan Carr-Henderson with Ohio Living Cape May was awarded Top Sous Chef and Chefs Jason Koprivich and Kari Kessel-White from Ohio Living Westminster-Thurber received the CNS Achievement Award for their extraordinary success in opening Goodale Landing, which included the Crossings Dining Room, Pub, Grab & Go, and the new Cook-to-Order HCC Servery.
