This is the inaugural year for the Employer of Choice program, which awards gold, silver and bronze-level designations. In addition to Ohio Living Dorothy Love, two other organizations received the gold designation. Thirty received bronze including four Ohio Living life plan communities and four Ohio Living Home Health & Hospice locations.
