Hog roast, beach party held at Ohio Living Dorothy Love


With the official start to summer right around the corner, Ohio Living Dorothy Love held a hog roast and beach party during a resident appreciation event in June.

The beachy atmosphere was thoughtfully decorated by Rachel Hale from Marketing, which included flip-flops, surfboards, sunglasses and even a sandbox.

For dinner, it was an early morning for Chef Mike Caulfield and his team who began roasting their hog at 3:00 a.m.  Their mouth-watering menu also included crab roll-ups, shrimp cocktail, ocean breeze garden salad, smokin' roasted potatoes, beach cruiser corn-on-the-cob and key lime pie.  For drinks, ice cold beer and a beach bum cocktail were also provided for residents.
