Ohio Living Breckenridge Village Donates 2,000 Bottles of Sanitizer to First Responders

WILLOUGHBY, Ohio (January 15, 2021) – Leaders from Ohio Living Breckenridge Village recently donated more than 2,000 bottles of sanitizer to local first responders. 1,050 bottles were donated to the Willoughby Fire Department on Dec. 29, and 1,050 bottles were donated to the Willoughby Police Department on Jan. 8.
The life plan community maintains close ties with both departments and partners year-round on an array of efforts, including drive-through parades to celebrate milestone birthdays, Veteran’s Day parades and emergency transports. Annually, the police and fire departments host a joint pancake breakfast for Breckenridge Village residents.
“We are extremely grateful for the continued support of the Willoughby Police and Fire Departments,” said Dean Palombaro, Ohio Living divisional executive director. “These brave men and women do so much for our community, and we are glad to share our resources to ensure their safety and well-being.”
