Ohio Living Home Health and Hospice Welcomes Grant from Hospice Trust of Mahoning County


YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (March 13, 2023) – Ohio Living Home Health & Hospice – Greater Youngstown is pleased to announce a recent grant of $100,000 from the Hospice Trust of Mahoning County, a component fund of the Community Fund of the Mahoning Valley. The grant will fund bereavement program expenses, inclusive of therapies, staffing and activities, ongoing hospice education, and workforce development.

 

“We are so thankful to have been selected for this grant and are passionate about extending access to hospice care across Trumbull County,” said Sarah Hadley, executive director at Ohio Living Home Health & Hospice – Greater Youngstown. “These grant funds will not only support the growth of bereavement offerings and services in the area but will also enable community training events and conferences. We are committed to uplifting and equipping home health and hospice workers, and extending high-quality, compassionate care to our patients.”
