On-call nurse remembered at baseball game

More than 40 people, including some from Ohio Living Lake Vista, turned out for a Mahoning Valley Scrappers baseball game in memory of Ohio Living Home Health & Hospice on-call nurse Mary Brown.  Brown was a resident nurse at Ohio Living Home Health & Hospice in Greater Youngstown for almost three years before she passed away from cancer.

She was a lifetime season ticket holder for the Mahoning Valley Scrappers and her son Justin, who was a former bay boy for the team, got to throw out the first pitch.

Meantime, Ohio Living Home Health & Hospice Greater Youngstown has set up a foundation sector in Mary's name to give back to patients who need additional support.  To make a donation, select: Home Health & Hospice Greater Youngstown as your Location Restriction, Hospice designation, and type "Mary's Angels" in the Tribute Gift In Memory Of line.
