Kudos to Silver Heart Award recipient Jake, who goes above and beyond in his role as a maintenance technician at Ohio Living Lake Vista.
Jake personifies endurance, the theme of this year’s Silver Heart Awards, and is an incredibly hard worker who is committed to professionalism.
His leader shared, “Sometimes Jake is the only member of the maintenance team on duty over a weekend, and he shows his loyalty to the community and the organization in the way he responds to each request. It doesn't matter how complex or basic the need is, Jake takes on everything and resolves the problem to the best of his ability. We are fortunate to have him as part of the community.”
Ohio Living Lake Vista residents and staff also appreciate Jake’s high energy and sense of humor – bonus qualities that add a lot!
