Ohio Living Lake Vista Elects New Board Chair
CORTLAND, Ohio (Dec. 12, 2022) – Ohio Living Lake Vista recently named Ryan Day as chair of its board of directors.
A lifelong resident of the Mahoning Valley and proud Youngstown State University (YSU) graduate, Day has held executive accounting and operations positions for more than 20 years. In 2017, he assumed his current role, chief financial officer, at Hynes Industries, a Youngstown-based manufacturing company founded in 1925. He is a certified public accountant and chartered global management accountant. He has also served on YSU’s CPE Planning Committee for five years.
“My connection with Ohio Living started in 2006, when I served on the Ohio Living Park Vista board of directors,” said Day. “Ohio Living is highly regarded for providing quality care and services for its residents, even during the challenging times we’ve weathered these past years. Giving back to the community is a tenant for our family, and I’m proud to support the good work Ohio Living Lake Vista is doing.”
Day lives with his wife, Susan, and stepson, Graham, in the Cortland area. He joins five other board members and will serve a two-year term as board chair.
