Llanfair Introduces Masterpiece Fridays

Llanfair, a continuing care retirement community serving southwest Ohio, is offering an educational series called Neurobics -- a unique program of brain exercise to help prevent mental aging and improve peoples’ quality of life. The course will run through June 4th and is the inaugural program of Llanfair’s “Masterpiece Fridays.”

Pohlmeyer Named Gift Planning Director for Llanfair

Judi Pohlmeyer has been named gift planning director for the Ohio Presbyterian Retirement Services (OPRS) Foundation serving Llanfair Retirement Community in Cincinnati. Pohlmeyer is responsible for managing Llanfair’s major gift program, and will be on campus regularly to assist Llanfair supporters through outright gifts, deferred gifts or their estate plans.

Llanfair Receives National Accreditation

Llanfair Retirement Community, 1701 Llanfair Avenue, Cincinnati, has attained a five-year re-accreditation from the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and the Continuing Care Accreditation Commission (CCAC). CARF/CCAC is an independent, merged nonprofit that accredits aging services and other human services organizations.
