After 37 years of teaching, a well-deserved season of retirement brought Betty Elworth and her husband Don to Ohio Living Mount Pleasant. Betty was born in the southwest corner of Kentucky during the Great Depression and seven years later, her father accepted a job in Texas resulting in her living and studying there through her college years.
