Magazine highlights Executive Chef's tips for public speaking

Ohio Living Rockynol Executive Chef Brian West was featured in FoodService Director magazine to share his tips for public speaking.  The article titled 4 secrets to nailing speaking in public, asks West's tips on how to engage his audience.

"When preparing for a presentation, Brian West—director of culinary and nutritional services at Ohio Living Rockynol in Akron—thinks about the audience’s perspective, asking himself what they want to know and what content they would relate to the most," the article reads.

The piece by writer Alaina Lancaster aims to give guidance to Food Service Directors when addressing community members, executives, and peers.
