Morgan Named Swan Creek Executive Director

Jean Morgan has been named Executive Director for Swan Creek Retirement Village. Swan Creek, located at 5916 Cresthaven Lane in Toledo, is a division of Ohio Presbyterian Retirement Services (OPRS). Morgan will begin the leadership position July 9.

Morgan has more than 25 years experience in the not-for-profit retirement community field. She comes to OPRS from Peabody Retirement Community in North Manchester, Indiana, where first she served as the Director of Support Services and, for the last five years, as its Administrator. Morgan began her OPRS service at Mt. Pleasant Retirement Village in Monroe where she served as Human Resource Director for nine years. She then moved to the OPRS Corporate Office in Columbus where she worked as the Corporate Director of Human Resources for another ten years before moving to Peabody.

Morgan lives in Perrysburg with her son Nick who is 13. Morgan received her Bachelor’s Degree from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio in 1989.

Swan Creek is one of 11 retirement communities owned and operated by OPRS, the largest and most experienced not-for-profit provider of continuing care retirement communities and services in Ohio.
