Congratulations to Silver Heart Award recipient Raeann, who works as an advanced practitioner with Ohio Living Palliative Medicine.
Raeann has been instrumental in growing the Ohio Living Palliative Medicine program, which she has supported since its inception. From teamwork to patient care, she is always thinking of others and striving to deliver on Ohio Living’s organizational mission.
Her leader shared, “Raeann has been with us since the inception of the program, and her willingness to give 100% has truly set us up for success. She rarely complains, and often goes above and beyond with helping her patients get what they need to be comfortable. She even gives her patients her personal cell phone number, so they can reach her at any time. Her kindness and commitment to those she serves is quite admirable.”
